To all the mummas in their third trimester, so close to that moment of meeting your baby.
Have you taken some time out for yourself to prepare for the big day?
Here are some simple yet effective tips. Even if you are planning a csection some of these will still be helpful
Light exercise, movement is great way to physically prepare your body even though you may not feel like it, just regular light walks are enough
Rest - relaxation, sleep, warm baths of magnesium and aromatherapy soaks
Dates - tuck into those dates, these are proven to help soften your cervix and less likely to need induction
Nipple stimulation (after 37 weeks) - even if you can try some antenatal expressing so you have some colostrum available for when baby is here and this takes the worry away if baby doesn't latch straight away.
Education - so important to understand and know more about what you are about to experience.
These are just a few but the most important is that you feel positive and that you trust the process
