Return & Refund Policy

At Partum Panties, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Change of Mind or Incorrect Size

  • Returns or exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

  • For size exchanges, customers are responsible for return postage. We will send out the new size at our expense.


Faulty or Damaged Items

  • We take quality seriously. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us at returns@partumpanties.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • If confirmed as faulty, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.


Opened Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they are deemed faulty.

  • Please check our sizing guide carefully before opening your package.


Refunds

  • Refunds are only available for faulty products or if we sent the incorrect item.

  • For change-of-mind purchases, we offer store credit or exchanges only, provided the item is unopened and in resellable condition.


How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at returns@partumpanties.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and postage details.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, your exchange, store credit, or refund (if applicable) will be processed within 7 business days.


Important Notes

  • Items returned outside the 30-day period, or showing signs of wear and tear, are not eligible for return, unless deemed faulty.

  • Goodwill returns may be offered at our discretion, but fall outside our standard policy.
