Peri Soothe Foam

I am recently postpartum and have loved this product! It’s a must have in your toolkit.

After my second baby I used the peri foam whilst I recovered from a vaginal birth. I found it super easy to use as i changed my pad throughout the day and really soothing for my peri to support the healing process.

I tore from giving birth and needed stitches. I have used the peri soothe foam from day 1 of giving birth and I honestly believe it has helped me heal quicker and has also eased the pain. I was in more pain and the recovery was longer with my last pregnancy as I didn't use this.
